Hotel absolutely perfect.
We have absolutely nothing to say about this hotel.
A big bravo to the maintenance staff! Whether it was the bedroom, bathroom or common areas, the cleanliness was impeccable.
Breakfast was very good and varied. Unlike some hotels where you have the feeling of eating the last crumbs for a certain hour, here the staff supplies the buffet at all times. We had breakfast quite late the first morning and the buffet was spotless.
Discreet and efficient staff.

Good hotel but...
In the rooms stands out the bed, king size and very comfortable, and the spacious bathroom.
The breakfast buffet is very complete, with a lot of variety although the quality is somewhat fair in some things like, for example, pastries.
I personally expected something more from this hotel in view of the very good reviews. We have been very comfortable and it is a good hotel overall, but I think the value for money is not entirely satisfactory.
If you want to stay at this hotel or any other in the Eurostars chain, I advise you to book through its website, as it has better prices than Booking.

Cleanup's not going anywhere.
The bathtub in the room is not cleaned or properly cleaned.
The water stain (Manchas de agua) is clinging to the water with great speed.
The stain is not at the level of yesterday and the day before.
I was so sick that I gave up soaking in the tub and turned it into a shower.
Managers want to see what is going on and improve and provide guidance as soon as possible.
As it is, remember the broken window theory Teoría de las ventanas rotas, proposed by Giuliani, the former mayor of New York, and learn and go back to basics.
