Better if they attend in person
You must check-in online with the information of all travelers before the stay, on a page with some errors that lead to confusion.
Once you check-in, they send you by mail a key that allows you to open both the main door and the room doors, and they provide you with a contact telephone number in case there are problems.
So far so good. We went with the family for a single night stay. The codes worked, and the rooms were fine. A little small, but clean and with the minimum necessary. They have TV, air conditioning and wifi, but no refrigerator. The bathroom, with shower, clean and correct.
The problem came in that apparently during the night the entry codes were deactivated and when we left at 8 in the morning for a walk we could no longer enter.
The service person opened the door for us, but we could not enter the rooms.
That person couldn't (or didn't know how or didn't want to) do anything about it and we had to call the "emergency number" where we were answered by a person who never identified himself or apologized, and after a few minutes he was able to open the door for us. the rooms at a distance. He told us that they had had a computer problem, etc. but until 11:00 (when we were leaving) they did not reset the codes.
Another unsatisfactory item is breakfast. On paper it is fine, with the basics but of satisfactory quality. The problem is that the dining room is very small, with 6 or 7 tables for two people, and with little food and drink available, with the idea of replenishing as it is consumed.
As the hotel has just over 20 rooms, and the day we were there it was full or almost full, we found that between 9 and 10 a.m. almost all the guests came down to have breakfast, creating a significant "clog." The only employee couldn't cope, and everything ran out: food, drinks, cutlery, tablecloths, etc. The juice machine and the coffee machine broke down at the same time, people standing waiting, etc... There were 6 of us and we had to have breakfast at separate tables and not at the same time.
Anyway, even understanding that we are in low season, and that the IT can fail sometimes, we have missed personal and involved attention

A place that already makes you want to come back
The rooms are perfectly clean, comfortable, functional, just what you need to be comfortable because nothing is missing.
We really appreciated the site, the location, the seriousness and the charm of this hotel and we will certainly come back with great pleasure!
