The absolute best service!

From the moment you arrive at this hotel, you experience the friendliness of the staff. From the bellman to the front desk to the club lounge, they aim to please. It is clear that service is a priority for everyone who works here!! On top of the service, the hotel is updated, fresh and clean. I stay here every month when I travel for work and will never stay anywhere else!

Honeymoon Staycation

The guest rooms are 10 stars. Very very clean! I don't sit on couches in hotel rooms but I felt so at home and relaxed in these rooms. Hasna in the guest lounge area is SUPER FRIENDLY and she is on top of EVERTHING & she even has a great history behind how she ended up in the Buckhead area. The food is 10+ stars. FOOD area is ALWAYS clean and stocked.

Friendly Staff!

The Intercontinental staff were amazing, April & Makai you were very accommodating. The front desk manager was easy to checkout with, the bed was phenomenal for sleep. In addition, the location is near shopping & dining. The outside garden area was pleasant beautiful, allowed the opportunity to sit outside.

very friendly and helpful staff, the club provided both food and drink at cozy city view landscaped windows. Room was clean, well stocked, and nice tech features such as qr code in-room tv casting.

Check In Magic Was Just The Beginning

Kevan at the front desk made this experience amazing right from the start! We were laughing and high-fiving like old friends as soon as I walked up. Early do I receive a welcome this warm when traveling and Kevan made sure the entire experience was next level. Highly highly recommend him and his amazing Team!
