Fab and friendly hitel

Fantastic hotel at boston waterfront
So close to downtown and a short walk to north station for subway
Staff so friendly especially dottie at reception and Louis at breakfast
He made fresh cookies for us to take to our rooms what a guy
aquarium nearby and my grandson loved the children’s museum
For a great homemade meal visit the warren tavern great atmosphere and their lobster Mac and cheese is fab
Would come back here in a heartbeat there is a pool but it was closed getting refurbished
Breakfast has good selection and plenty to choose from and a big shout to Connor housekeeping manager

Avoid this hotel if you want customer service and a quiet room

Pros: Large and clean rooms, good breakfast
Cons: Staff were rude and unprofessional! If you are a light sleeper, avoid this hotel—the windows are not insulated and on the side facing the bridge, it is incredibly loud at all hours in the rooms.

Reception area was extremely welcoming and as we arrived early they provided storage for our baggage as we awaitedv our room. Valet parking was exceptional - prompt, courteous and I would certainily recommend this to anyone staying at the hotel. Hassle and worry free. Breakfast was in full supply, good variety, good food and a well maintained clean area.

The hotel was in a great location for the things we wanted to see/do (it’s very close walking distance to the U.S.S. Constitution). The hotel was clean, updated, the staff were all very friendly, especially Lisa who checked us in. The included breakfast was great, they had valet parking (which was convenient- $55 a day). The swimming pool was an added benefit that my son took advantage of. The hotel has an ATM on property. The property has 2 elevators, during our visit one of them was out of service, which wasn’t a problem since the hotel was not fully booked (in February) but I could see this causing long elevator wait times if it’s not able to be fixed before the Spring/Summer vacationers. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again if/when we visit Boston again.

Awesome hotel!

The hotel and rooms are lovely and updated (the location was perfect for the things we wanted to see). They have an indoor pool, breakfast is included and valet parking is convenient ($55 a day). Lisa checked us in and she was friendly and amazing! I got a bit lost trying to find the parking area and when I called the hotel for assistance, she was helpful, understanding and kind (Thank you Lisa!). Lisa provided us with a list of local eateries and a sightseeing map which was great! We stayed in room 707, the room is the perfect size for us, the view from the windows faces the highway/the TD Garden (which is fine, since we don’t plan to be in the hotel much anyway). I’m so glad we chose this hotel!

Having an indoor pool, a complimentary breakfast, and valet parking adds extra convenience, making each stay even more enjoyable. Lisa’s kindness and helpful approach, from check-in to guiding you through parking and local recommendations, truly reflects the dedication of the team. Room 707 sounds like it offered the right amount of space to unwind, and while the view faced TD Garden and the highway, being close to everything was a definite plus. It would be a pleasure to welcome you back for another visit whenever your travels bring you to Boston.
