We were just passing through for one night. The property appears to have been recently renovated. Everything was freshly painted and very little wear and tear. The rooms were decorated minimalist with all vinyl plank (No yucky carpet or smells) and appeared/smelled to be clean. All linens were bright white and clean.

My stays here are short and sweet. The room is beautiful and clean. The bed is comfortable and good pillows too... And the beautiful woman that works 2nd shift is absolutely amazing.

I was in Bowling Green for business. I paid for extra early check in ($40) during check-in, which was emailed to me the day before my arrival. When I arrived I was told "we can check you in at 1:30 but check in is usually at 3" when I explained I paid for the extra early check in it finally clicked. But this was a good few minutes of explaining I had paid for the service.
When I arrived to the room there were carts outside with trash (which was fine, I'm sure they were still cleaning rooms), curtains that you could visibly see through on the bottom floor (no privacy whatsoever), poo stains in the toilet (obviously had not been cleaned properly), the floor board directly beside the tub was actively coming undone and there was mold growing underneath it.
The furniture was coming apart and the bed sheets had pilling that showed people had slept there, but the sheets had not been removed from the bed.
I decided to leave nearly immediately after arriving. It was dingy and not in any way upkept like in the photos.

Checkin was extremely pleasant. The young lady helping us had a beautiful smile. Accommodated us with a ground floor room. So plus plus plus for us!

We were making a 13 hour trip and this was our half way stop. It was easy to get to from the highway. I called ahead and let them know that we may be late due to car issues- very understanding. The room was delightful. Very clean and comfortable- there were a few little things but a few minutes of maintenance would make a difference - but didn’t affect us. The fresh waffles were a great breakfast send off. We would definitely recommend them and use them again. Thank you.
