Building Issues
Don't open the building for reservations if it has dangerous equipment in the rooms, unanswered repairs that affect the entire building and anyone who gets to work an entire shift.
The bed is nice and the area is in a somewhat quiet area away from the retail shopping centers.
It might be interesting to think about whether Illinois loaded up on too many "safety" initiatives where it might be a catastrophic backfire.
