If you need a cheaper but friendly place stop in. Its conveniently interstate and close to food and stores

Old style motel. Very small room. Toilet is against the wall so very inconvenient to use. Ok, for very short stays. Nothing fancy about property.

Motel that appears to be undergoing some renovation. Room was small no closet. However a microwave and a larger size refrigerator freezer were in the room. There was a coffee maker as well. The room was acceptably clean, some of the furnishings were somewhat dated. This hotel is located close to the highway and you do get a lot of traffic noise during drive time. My only major concern was there was no deadbolt lock on the door and the bathroom outlet was not a GFCI. Other than that I would stay there again given the price.

Respect is a two-way street.

Make a U-turn. My go to place is the Best Western on 40/68. Traveled for the 2024 Allegheny Co. Fair.
We were more than disappointed at check-in. The room was dusty, musty and the spray that is used to masked the animal smell was over the top.
No rest the first and last night of our brief stay. Yes, You get what you pay for. However, what I would consider only the barebones didn't come close.
We left before 11:00 a.m. the next morning to find food, coffee and sights. We did so in Frostburg, MD. Great area to window shop and chat with some friendly folks.
We returned at 6:00 p.m. or so to collect our personals and head to our go to spot.
I respectfully asked the younger gentleman to refund my second nights stay, for obvious reasons eg. I only need to list one of them here. No cups whatsoever for coffee, water or tea. I actually used a plastic cup from our travels a few days prior. I'm glad we recycle. Just he basics are all I wanted/needed.
I've obviously read many reviews and I wanted to only put Ditto about who is really running the show here. The younger gentleman was courteous & helpful. The older man, however, was not. KiSS folks!

You get what you pay for honestly. Was better than sleeping in the car. Seemed clean but was only there from 6pm to 4 am
