We were in town for my daughters cheer competition and we got to the hotel to check in and the women behind the desk said they tried to contact me (which they did not) but that they had given my suite to somebody else. Then we had to walk across the parking lot to the next hotel to use their pool because our hotels pool was under construction which was not brought to our attention prior.

The pool was closed for renovations which we weren’t told about upon booking or prior to arrival. Their solution was that we could walk to the hotel next door in 20 degree weather in the snow to use the neighboring hotel pool. No partial refund was offered.

Rude front desk worker who verbally confirmed she was miserable, ripped curtains, doors that would not latch, etc. The place was run down. Will not be returning.

I had already paid for my room, but was charged again upon arrival without the front desk person telling me. Now, I have to wait 7-10 days to get my money back!
There was trash piled up outside the door to the hotel. The room was in poor condition with evidence of deterioration.
There were kids running down the hallway, and people pounding on doors late into the night.
If you need a good night’s sleep before an early flight look elsewhere! It is obvious that this hotel and the neighborhood it sits in has seen better days!

I think it’s time for them to order new mattresses. Those ones are getting pretty old.
