Upon check-in, I found the staff to be quite unfriendly and unwelcoming. There was a lack of guidance regarding the location of my room and the elevators, which left me feeling confused and unwelcome. This treatment made me feel unimportant and disregarded, which is not what I expect from a hospitality establishment.
Regrettably, due to this experience, I have decided that I will not be returning to your hotel in the future. I hope you can address these issues to ensure that future guests have a more positive experience.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that renovations to Tower 2 of our hotel will begin on January 26th, 2025 with an expected completion date of May 20th, 2025 (subject to change). During this period, the following areas may be affected at different times: Tower 2 Hotel Rooms (Floors 2-5) Tower 2 Hallways (Floors 2-5) Renovation work will only occur during business hours on weekdays, and we will do everything possible to minimize noise and disruption to our guests.
Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in. The hotel will pre-authorize your card and the pre-authorization will be released if there are no extra charges or damage to the room when checking out.
