Clean and comfortable.

Clean and comfortable hotel.walls are thin. We heard conversations next door. Front desk staff was friendly. It is a little off the interstate near a busy medical center, but actually quiet. I had a pet and walked in a little neighborhood down the street. City view room had a great sunset and city lights.

Great stay for a good price.

Nice building, comfortable bed, large room, polite and efficient staff. They even managed to get breakfast ready for the guests despite a partial power outage due to a blizzard. Our only issue was that the thermostat in our room was unreadable.

No hot water, nor good customer service! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Upon booking, this seemed like a hell of a deal, after getting settled in and find out the staff failed to notify of a couple water heaters broke down, we had no hot water at all!! They moved us to another room, with yet no hot water again!! We asked if they had any rooms that still work to even borrow that shower just to wash up. The front desk they responded, in the most rude way possible, they’re hot water heaters are broke, they’ve been dealing with it for months, and we’re just gonna have to get over it with no refunds! If you’re looking for a hotel for a week or more I highly do not recommend La Quinta (2321 troost ave) maybe good for a day or two, but that’s it!

Newer facility and it was clean but the beds were horribly uncomfortable. The breakfast was "meh" and the whole place seemed to be crammed into a space that was just too small. Parking lot is ridiculously small and getting in/out of the lot is a bit difficult w/poor visibility of traffic.

Place was beautiful and clean, nice front desk help, i took a star away because of the shower the water would never get hot only lukewarm.
