The service was outstanding

Let's start off by complimenting Amanda at the Front Desk for recovering a not so great start to our getaway. She went above and beyond to show that she cared about our experience.
Then we had Cathy at TJ's Restaurant who suggested my new favorite wing flavor combo by listening to what I usually liked.
Of course Stanley knocked it out of the box with flavor! He even came out to confirm what I was asking for. He also did a great job with my husband's double cheese burger. It was seasoned and charred to perfection!
Carmen was super attentive at breakfast and whoever that cook was did great with the steak and french toast.
Finally, the Sales and Catering team absolutely dazzled me with their adaptability and care! For months Samantha guided us through some tough and unforseen decisions about our event. Even on the day of, she helped to resolve our DJ's speaker issue. Lacy led a kind and efficient catering crew who truly impressed the guests as much as me! Special thanks to Heather and Jessie for all of the little things that you did to make us feel valued!!
It's the service for me!!

Poor experience, dirty

The rooms were filthy. The showers were moldy. The blankets had stains. There was a cigarette butt in the pull out sofa bed. The kids swam for only a few mins before getting out crying about throat burning. Few other children got out of water with skin rashes and significant eye irritation. We tried to look for other accommodations, but unfortunately surrounding hotels were booked.

First time there. Will stay there again.

The room was spotless and comfortable. Bed is great but pillows could be a little firmer to offer a little more head support. Heater worked great. Was quite cozy. Easy check in check out. Hotel was spotless theough and through. Will be staying there again.

Great Stay

Great stay Great hospitality and front desk staff / housekeepers. Very friendly very peaceful I was able to get a lot of work done while here ! Would recommend the breakfast pancakes and western skillet . It is amazing ! I will definitely be back.

Best hotel ever and great price

Best hotel I have even been too—The lady (Amanda) handling the checkin was excellent — fast courteous and made the easiest check in ever. The room was clean and comfortable. The food at restaurant was great and just topped off a perfect check in after a long day of driving. Thank you to everyone at Holiday Inn.
