Cons: drawers on chest were broken (couldn't even put my clothes in the last 2 drawers.) Safe was broken last year and it's still broken this year. Fix the safes.

WHEW CHILE THE GHETTOOOOOO!!!
This place is the straight up ghetto! I have stayed in upper echelon hotels and also not so notable ones and this one is by far the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had staying at any hotel/motel/lodge.
I stayed here a week ago for Family Gras and I am still traumatized by my experience at this establishment but I REALLY need to leave a review and alert possible victims of this place, so here goes.
The location is great but just skip this place. First off, I was checked into room 415. I was traveling with myself and my three toddler aged children. After getting them bathed and settled in after a long day of travel, I put them in the bed and I so happen to look up at the ceiling and what the hell do I see?!? BLOOD SPLATTER!!! Apparently someone was badly injured or unalived in this room. So with seeing this, there is no way in hell me and my kids are staying here!! I literally had to wake them up and lug them and all our luggage downstairs because to possibly get another room.
The lady downstairs kindly relocated us to room 209. We get settled in and as soon as I doze off someone is banging on my door after hearing what sounds like a party going on outside in the hall and in the surrounding rooms. This was about midnight. I then start to smell a VERY STRONG MARIJUANA smell coming from the hall, making me nauseous and causing a migraine. The loud banging on my door continued all night, as well as loud music, talking, screaming and smoking. I literally got only 15 minutes of sleep the whole night. Plus there was this strange man that kept showing up everywhere I went. I picked up the phone to call the front desk and to my surprise, the room phone was not working. No outlets in the room worked so I could not charge my phone. I called from my cell phone and the lady who answered the phone hung up in my face after I started explaining the issues i was having. I could not go back downstairs because my children were asleep so I had to bear through the horrible night at this place. I laid awake the whole night with the bell cart blocking the door praying to God for mine and my children’s safety through the night because, honestly, I did not think we would make it.
Mind you, I booked for two days. So with that being said, the next day AS SOON AS THE SUN CAME UP, I packed up my kiddos and all my things and went downstairs. I spoke with the front desk staff, Wayne, that was on duty that morning. He was very helpful and gracious and gave a refund for the second day so I could check out, because there is NO WAY I was staying in that place another minute. He was the only good thing about this place.
If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. I will never step foot at this place again, and possibly not another Wyndham (Ramada) property in general. This experience was SO BAD it ruined the WHOLE BRAND and almost ruined my whole trip!!!!
STAY HERE IF YOU WANT, BUT YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!

You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out.
