The hotel was clean and quiet. Nice modern room with quality linens. The staff was wonderful and accommodating.

Lots of sirens going by during the night. The hotel room had an odd chemical smell to it as well. Only needed a bed really since we missed our connecting flight. So guess it works for that.

Shuttle and distance from airport was great. Breakfast included was okay. Staff friendly. No restaurant, no pool or hot tub, so very overpriced. FDNY tested alarms and strobes all morning so couldn’t sleep in which we wanted as 2 full days of travel. Upon arrival they should have offered accommodation at another hotel. Left hotel to get something to eat, area was a little sketchy.

The room was clean and service was good. One issue was there are stairs from the lobby down to the rooms. The elevator to take in place of stairs was not working. This is hard because my husband had a leg injury and had great difficulty with the stairs. One other elevator to the rooms was making a loud terrible noise. They obviously need some maintenance on their property

I have just had my worst ever stay at a hotel. I booked the hotel near JFK airport so that I could get some work done and sleep before the 8.20 flight to London. I was unable to do either due to the continuous noise that plagued my room.
First of all the mechanical car parking machine with 3 or 4 levels for cars was being used every 5 to 10 mines throughout the evening and up until 12.30 in the morning.
As this finished a lorry outside made a continuous loud noise, of which I have a video of. I laid in bed unable sleep and complained three times for which the only response I had was “well there’s nothing I can do”.
Disbelieving me. he sent a man to listen to the noise who agreed it was extremely unreasonable. I was so frustrated I ended up having to leave the hotel at 2am
