Loved our one week stay

We had a 1 bedroom king suite. 5 stars because...1. For about the same price as other hotels, you get the bonus of a large room with a washer and dryer, a full kitchen with stove, dishwasher, and full size refrigerator with freezer. All detergent etc. is provided. 2. Nice size balcony with a table, 4 chairs and a lounge chair. We requested the side of the building where we could watch the Disney fireworks each evening. 3. World class housekeeping. Super clean, and no detail was overlooked. 4. Great location. We never did figure out how to use their coffee maker, but they provide two free large cups of coffee each day in their marketplace each morning. Expect to pay high prices for other items, but worth the convenience. This did not detract from our rating, but the mattress was very soft, and the sides would sink down several inches if you sat or laid on them. I would not hesitate to stay there again, this was a great value for a property with extra amenities.

Great Place with Excellent Staff

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff was excellent and always very prompt and helpful with requests.
The majority of the patrons were adults but the activities seemed to revolve around the kids that were there. Would be nice to have more activities for the adults and owners.

Awful and Unsafe

My time at this property was pretty awful. I stayed in tower one , 10th floor. The wind and rain were so bad there was water all over the floor. To get to the cafe you had to walk outside and get soaked by the fountains and rain. Selections were limited at best. There is no streaming services, not even NetFlix! Just regular channels. There are no grab bars or non slip mat in shower. I fell and hit my head and had to crawl out of the shower and pull down a towel to give me traction to get up. I called and reported fall to front desk and told them I had hit my head. They sent a security person up to my room with no medical equipment or training.....not even a blood pressure cup! I refused an ambulance but the next day they did call a taxi and I was taken to an urgent care clinic and then to the hospital for evaluation. They did waive all fees for the room. Inexcusable to not have any safety features in showere and not to have any medical personnel on staff.

Beautiful property

My wife and I spent a week in January. Property is extremely well-maintained and has a great walking path around the big lake. It had two beautiful pools, but unfortunately it was cold and we did not go in. They do keep the pool and I was very warm temperature, so there were people in the pool though. We had a double unit and it was amazingly big and well decorated. Beautiful balcony overlooking the pool area. Staff was very friendly in every area. We would definitely stay here again.
