2 night stay

Great experience, kind staff, Renee at the Front Desk was exceptional. You receive a 30 dollar Food and Beverage credit at this property, there is a starbucks on location as well by the Front Desk. Great experience overall would definitely recommend for a stay in San Diego.

Mangement Team
My two day stay at this property was great and relaxing; from the front of the house to the back of the house the staff that I had encountered was very professional not to mention very courteous.
Stand out staff members that made a good impression representing your organization at a very high level with great personable service are as followed:
Front desk 2nd shift (Bryan)
Front desk 1st shift (Carolyn & Natalia)
Restaurant 1st shift ( Charles) and the crew, all outstanding customer service.
Everyone that I had encountered during my stay was great and very helpful from the back of house to the front.
Job Well Done!

Worst hotel useless customer service

This is the worst hotel I ever seen after we checked in we notice our room is cold and heater wasn’t working they brought us a portable heater with lot of noise and when I complained supervisor said this is what it is there is no trash can in room and they charged us 540 for two night another website is 250 for two night in same hotel don’t book with this hotel

In general, the accommodations were as advertised and comfortable.There was a perfumed odor in the lobby and 2nd floor that was strong and very unpleasant to me, and irritated my asthma. Not a lot of good places to eat nearby.
