This is the perfect hotel to stay at with teenage kids. The suites allow parents their own bedroom and your teen or teens can stay in the other room on what is actually a comfortable pull out bed. The bathroom is enormous and there is a little kichenette and a table and chairs. It’s pretty clutch.

Very loud traffic noise (hotel up against I81 ) and your Photo ID is taken to back room

We recently stayed one night at this hotel. My family encountered several issues:
- One side of the hotel is up against Interstate 81. It is unbelievably loud at all hours! This hotel should have put double paned / soundproof glass along this side of the hotel like so many other Hilton properties I stay at do. Do not stay on that side of the hotel as the traffic literally shakes things in the room!
- Front desk - Asked to see a copy of my driver's license. Instead of just looking at it, it was taken to a back room!!!!! Serious privacy / fraud concern. What was your staff doing with my ID in the back room? I have NEVER experienced this at any other Hilton property. They just look at my ID and hand it right back!!!
- We stayed in Room 416. There is no lock on the bathroom sliding door. Not only would it not lock, this bathroom door also would not stay closed, it kept sliding open.

Kudos to Sales Reservations (Cheryl)

**This review is for customer service (reservations). I had a reservation for a 1 night stay and was contacted via message portal the day of check-in that the hotel/room was overbooked and was provided a reservation with a sister hotel within a 20 minute drive.
Cheryl confirmed and provided new hotel/booking info. I appreciated Home2 going above and beyond (peace of mind the unintended was handled quickly and efficiently).

Would stay again

This hotel still looks brand new. Theo, at the front desk, was friendly and efficient. Plus, he gave us a great recommendation for dinner (Peachtree). Room was good size, good bed, bathroom is a little small, but manageable. The only negative was the noise from the highway. It was noticeable while awake, but my husband and I both got a good night’s sleep. Light sleepers might need earplugs. Breakfast was better than average for most free hotel breakfasts.

Great service and overall good experience. Breakfast was nice for something included in the price, with lots of options. Room was clean and comfortable. It snowed 4 or so inches and the lot and sidewalks were cleared quickly. My only complaint: convenient location near the highway, but that meant there was a bit of noise in our room which faced the highway. It was not too much for me personally but might be for some people.
