Clean and well priced hotel with okay front desk guy
Room was clean and quiet. The bathroom was clean as well. Our house keeping was fast and clean. She was also friendly as well.
For the price its a great deal but front desk service can definitely be improved

Needs better compensation when not given the room you booked.

Won’t let businesses pay for employee rooms
Even customer loyalty couldn’t do anything to help. It’s almost like they wouldn’t listen to what I was saying because they kept saying, “ You can’t check in without a credit card.” I had a credit card and wasn’t trying to check in!
Spoke to three different people for over an hour. Customer loyalty made sure I understood they were going to stick it to me and charge me for the room if I cancelled. They were very adamant about sticking it to me as I had a five minute conversation just about making sure I was definitely going to be charged.
I went to the Hilton, got everything I needed and taken care of in five minutes.
