May this amazing staff experience gratitude from the company who are lucky enough to have this as an employee.
Thought I could describe you in fewer characters but tripadvisor requires at least 200.

Terrible
The air conditioning in the rooms were not working.
The restaurant is not part of the hotel so it’s not possible to use offers from IHG hotel group.
Unfortunatly this is the only IHG hotel in Stockholm.
