I had a wonderful stay! The environment was absolutely beautiful—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided exceptional service, making me feel truly welcomed. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and elegant. Whether it was the hospitality, the amenities, or the overall experience, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Friendly and helpful staff to call the suitcase agent for us as the airline broke our luggage and had to arrange for new replacement to hotel.
Breakfast was fantastic! Pools were good too. And thanks for the complimentary cake for our wedding anniversary.

Very convenient location with BTS and airport train station just across the bridge from hotel likely 5 mins walking. Stunning swimming pools with the amazing view also very clean and comfortable. Especially thank you Praew and Emmy for the hospitality, fluent English speaking and they are very helpful. They gave me a remarkable experience. I will definitely choose to stay at Eastin Grand Hotel PhayaThai again.

Excellent location of this hotel, airport metro station direct to Phayathai BTS station, which is only about 35 mins ride. Do take note that the hotel is still quite new, some cab drivers may not even know of this hotel. Breakfast spread is awesome, staffs were all well trained. Two swimming pools located at 22nd and 37th level. The lower level pool is always crowded, the higher level pool water is too cold to swim. Gym is small but well equipped. Executive lounge staff Miss Preaw and Mr Wit should be commended for their efforts making us feel warmth and welcome.
