We upgraded to a superior bungalow right on the river front. The room was well designed, huge, pretty and the bed was very comfy.
The staff were lovely, and to e breakfast is good.
The forest garden is well established, with some huge, ancient trees. It is not manicured, but rather a bit more to the natural and wild side.
The hot spa pool is big and crystal clear. The huge swimming pool is beautifully landscaped.
We had the whole place to ourselves and it felt very luxurious and we loved it.

Had to call to let them know we were arriving late, as they didn’t respond to email messages. It appeared that the resort had encountered flooding as it was very muddy and there was visible damage where hot tubs from some rooms had fallen into the river. Room was very basic, no tv or fridge and bed was like sleeping on concrete.
Cleaning of the room was good and the breakfast selection was good. A shame they weren’t serving lunch or dinner as a ‘resort’. Pool was dirty and very un inviting

Renovated at 2023 is the biggest scam. Guys stay far from this “resort”. We check in and the walls has holes and from there coming mosquitos. We mention this at reception and they change us room. In new room was marks from “sperm” up of the bed the plugs was broken and the bathroom was full of mold. You can see all these at photos. We booked 2 nights and we left early in the morning on second day because in room also was 14 degrees and aircondition has only cold mode and not heat. Stay far if you want to enjoy your holidays in pai

99% perfect: The hotel is well located next to the river and we were lucky to have a bungalow direct on the river. The breakfast is great and have more than everything, also have some change from day to day, so can try something new daily and it's located on the riverside which is perfect in the morning. The manager Mike has a high hospitality knowleadge and share good vibes at all occasions. We would have loved to stay longer but is was sad that the hotel doesn't make any offer for longer stay. We will come back. 1% negatif: The other rooms were noisy even from outside. All the bathtubs from all the bungalows on the riverside are out of service which is really shame. The hot spring water swimmingpool is open to outsider until 7pm so it busy and noisy all day, however after that it is quiet (except twice while a couple with their very little kid stay until 11pm playing in the water). Our room was a bit cold at night (beginning of january) and all kind of insects came in the room.
