There are bugs in the hotel and cleaning standards are below expectations.
The reception staff are rude and not helpful at all. They either don’t accept your calls or ignore all your requests.
I was booking 3 rooms family suite but they provided me two rooms and they could not provide the keys for the internal doors of connecting rooms! Making the connection useless.
No tissues in the room but only toilet tissues
Only one channel TV
Fridge is not cooling
Leaking sink
Old and aged furniture
Boring basic breakfast
Unwelcoming staff
Loud music at night from the night club
Don’t make my mistake and trust the bad reviews made for that hotel which I regret not taking them seriously.
The only advantage for that hotel was the location but you can get better options in better value.

The rooms are so small like tiny small and doesnt look like the picture, you book something here and when you go ask for it they ask for 50 euro extra its so bad and dirty the sheets hasnt been changed and there is like so much dirt on them
The hotel has so much stairs that need to be climbed before going out and the staff doesn't take responsibility for anything
